Your e-signature at the bottom of this letter will signify your acceptance of the terms described herein regarding construction of a costume described as follows: 1 x character name from series/ video game costume to include: hypothetical jacket, cape, shirt, pants, and boot covers. A. The terms of payment are as follows: $_____, payable as follows: One half, to be considered a non-refundable deposit before work shall commence. Final payment of the remaining half is due upon completion.     i. Or you can pay in full upfront thereby speeding up payment processing.     ii. Remitting payment signifies to both parties that the buyer has read and            understood fully the terms of this contract.     iii. Failure to remit the final payment (if doing the 2-part payment plan) will result            in nullification of the buyer's rights to the costume. The costume thereby               becomes sole property of the seller.     iv. This amount shall include normal shipping as well as insurance for the              package. B. The buyer hereby verifies that all measurements submitted are accurate and truthful. Additional measurements will be requested as needed. C. The buyer agrees not to compete in costume contests of any kind with the goods pertaining to this contract. D.  The seller verifies that the costume will be free of defects upon receipt. Furthermore, the costume is made to withstand normal wear. Alterations due to weight gain or loss, and repairs necessary due to negligence or abuse, will incur additional charges.
